מיקום המלון הוא קלסי לשהיה בסורנטו. החדר עם המרפסת היתה בחירה טובה להעביר חלק מהערב עם ארוחה קלה וקפה על הנוף. המלון לא מתאים לדורשים יוקרה. בפעם הבאה בסורנטו ב-rivage. מימי ודבלה צור-הדסה

ארוחת הבוקר קלה קלה מדי[רק להוסיף ירקות] אבל בסדר.

I liked that the hotel was close to the city centre.

The linens were old & scratchy, and I ended up with a room facing into a hill at this 'seaside' hotel, which was a disappointment.

The hotel is very close to the main square of the city. The rooms are large and very clean.

The walls are thin and the noise is very loud in the morning so you can hear everything.

Wonderful seascape, marvellous views, close to the public beach. The sraff is very, very polite. Breakfast is much more motley than in most hotels

Location was perfect to see sorrento's center and to visit the other cities because it is quit near to the station. Breakfast was very abundant. And the room was clean and very comfortable for three. Great choice!

It is very noisy but it depends on the day of the week. Once we were woken up in the middle of the night because a drunk girl was knocking hard at a door and yelling and the walls are so thin you can hear everything. But the rest of the nights were perfect.

The hotel provides extremely good value for money, it is located at the end of the main street in Sorrento and as the floors go down rather than up i.e. you need to take the lift down from reception to all floors, the rooms are not at street level and consequently, away from any passing traffic etc.

Very good position, no free parking space in the area

On the room price you should always add at least 12euro for parking, since its not possible to park anywhere near

The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is good, the service is good, the room is big.

Far away from station and port.

When I made my reservations I requested a good room as it was my first trip to Sorrento and they gave me a beautiful room with a view! The front desk staff (Claudia & Francesca) spoke good English and even helped me communicate with someone in Rome. Everything I needed, directions & information, were provided by the girls at front desk. Location was perfect, all at walking distance. Breakfast was ample and most of all, the cost of the room is very very reasonable. Definitely, I will recommend this hotel and if ever I get a chance to go back, this is my hotel!

Lots of things, specially the human resources... The air conditioning is programated by the hotel, the guest don't have any disponibility to choose when it works. We believe that the towels are washed at hotel because they dry in fresh air straight under the windows, something unbelievable...

Bright, cozy room with a beachy feel. Reminded me a lot of the ones here in Florida, but I guess thats typical in seaside towns. Our room was along the cliffside, so our view out the window was this giant cliff. I loved it, thought it was very pretty. There was also a nice little restaurant. We didnt eat there but drank a bottle of wine. It was the house wine, wasnt anything to write home about but it was only 10 euro. Really great location as well. The hotel was walking distance to the center of town, the main piazza, and the docks.

The bathroom light is on a timer so it kept turning off while we were in the shower. Its a little inconvenient.

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious, simple and well displayed. The location was central.

The breakfast was good, but the buffet selection was quite poor.

The friendliness of all the staff - they were wonderful;!!

Great location, near to center, yet at the quiet edge of town. Very close to the only gluten free restaurant in town. A short walk to the ferries that go to Capri. Great view to the sea. Great with private parking.

A bit expensive for wifi use. No minibars in room

nice room, small but serviceable bathroom with shower, restaurant open until midnight, helpful staff, good buffet breakfast included

pay 10 euros per night for parking, too far to walk to center so pay 15-20 euros for taxi
